cultuurweb.be - versie 1.0

Cultuurweb.be is de cultuursite van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap. Hij werd ontwikkeld door CultuurNet Vlaanderen, op initiatief van van de Vlaamse minister van Cultuur.

Cultuurweb.be wordt gefaseerd geïntroduceerd, zodat eventuele kinderziektes, maar vooral de onvolledigheid qua cultureel aanbod in Vlaanderen, kunnen ondervangen worden.

Op een complete digitale gids voor alles wat er aan cultuur (in brede zin) in Vlaanderen te doen of te beleven valt, is het dus nog even wachten geblazen. Maar de ambitie is er alvast en dat betekent al heel veel.

Podcasting update

Vandaag start HETPALEIS met een nieuwe podcast: MARIANNE!. De ploeg rond de gelijknamige theaterproductie krijgt de blogkriebels weer te pakken en net zoals vorig jaar neemt regisseur Peter De Graef het voortouw.
Alle weblog artikels worden nu ook door de schrijvers ingelezen en als mp3-bestand ter beschikking gesteld.

De podcast van de neven Perceval, WOOORD, krijgt op maandag 26 september a.s. een reële component. Op die dag kunnen de trouwe luisteraars de eerste LIVE-podcast bijwonen en zelf bepalen welke onderwerpen Stefan en Jeroen moeten aansnijden.

CBS Podcasting Call Want to be CBS's first podcaster? The network is searching for an amateur DJ to interview CBS stars and create a podcast about the new fall season. The podcaster will join the nation’s top DJs at the CBS Radio Junket on September 10 in Hollywood to interview CBS talent for the podcast, which will be made available to millions via CBS.com and Infinity Broadcasting’s San Francisco-based KYOURADIO, the world’s first-ever podcasting radio station. This station broadcasts a machine generated woman's voice reading short fragments of text in English. Individual words are sometimes unclear, but the messages are syntactically correct. Gentse Poëziecentrum zoekt SMS-dichters

Odegand, het openingsevenement van het Festival van Vlaanderen in Gent, gaat dit jaar de romantische toer op. Voor het gebeuren op 17 september werd een affiche ontworpen waarin een in bruidsjurk gehulde Barbie de toeschouwer verwachtingsvol aankijkt.
Maar er is meer... Het Gentse Poëziecentrum, een van de partners van Odegand, gaat met een jury op zoek naar vijftig sms-gedichten over het thema trouw. Het uiteindelijke doel is een mooie publicatie.
Inzendingen zijn tot 28 augustus welkom op het nummer 3264 (€ 0,30 per bericht). De schrijver van het beste gedicht wint een huwelijksreis': een romantische cruise op de Nijl voor twee.

Het is niet de eerste keer dat in België een ruim publiek verzocht wordt om gedichten en gedachten door te sturen via SMS. Vorig jaar organiseerde C.H.I.P.S. vzw, in het kader van ABC2004, het project 'STADSchromosomen - beeld van een stad'. De eindpublicatie kan nog steeds gedownload worden.
Spijtig dat operator BASE toen het risico niet aandurfde om mee te stappen als partner, in een project dat uiteindelijk toch iets moois heeft voortgebracht. Beter laat, dan nooit ...

Stadsdichters en HETPALEIS scoren met hun podcast

Op 25 juli lanceerden C.H.I.P.S. vzw in samenwerking met Antwerpen Boekenstad de Stadsdichter podcast. Dat poëzie een jong publiek kan aanspreken wordt zeker bevestigd in de dagelijkse podcast top20 van het populaire audio-programma iTunes. Na enkele dagen prijkt 'de Stadsdichter podcast' op de derde plaats.
Niet echt verwonderlijk als je bedenkt dat de gedichten reeds meer dan 1.500 keer gedownload werden op zeer korte tijd.

Wooord, de podcast van HETPALEIS, vinden we ook in de top20 terug. Met bijna 21.000 downloads een geduchte concurrent voor de Stadsdichters.
