De 8ste editie van het befaamde RESFEST 2004 digitaal film festival is van start gegaan. Dit uitzonderlijke festival is niet gebonden aan één locatie; het neemt plaats in 33 steden, verdeeld over 13 landen, verspreid over 6 continten. Festival directeur Jonathan Wells kon rekenen op maar liefst 1500 inzendingen.
